Shaped by experience. God blessed Joe with the opportunities to learn and grow personally as well as professionally. He carried him through 25 years of working industrial construction, where he grew into a confident and effective communicator along with learning strong leadership skills.

These skills translated into being the Head Usher in charge of ushering, greeting and security at his church. He’s a father, husband, friend, Christian and coffee aficionado. He survived several incidents, including a traumatic brain injury. Through it all, he embraced resilience through Christ. Now, he is passing on his experience through writing, songwriting, and mentorship.
